2018 is the year of making your wedding your own.
Brides and grooms are thinking less about what’s expected or conventional in weddings, focusing more on what’s really important to them — and how to share the love with family and friends.
While planning my own wedding — June 9, if everything goes according to schedule! — I’ve realized that the ideas you start out with when you’re first engaged may look very different by the time you get to the home stretch.
This issue is packed with tips, info and honest advice from people all over the wedding sphere, from photographers and dressmakers to jewelers and planners, as well as real brides and grooms.
And of course, because we’re in Vermont, there’s plenty of flannel and pastoral charm.
So cheers to all the happy couples preparing to tie the knot — keep calm and bask in the gorgeous Green Mountain vibes!
